Section 2 — Account Registration and Management
2.1 Account Creation Requirements
Each user may create only one personal account. When registering an account you must:

- Opening more than one account from the same household or device is prohibited
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
raj88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. We may request a National ID Card (NID), passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Submitting false documents will result in account termination.
2.3 Account Security Responsibility
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat. raj88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.
Section 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at raj88 is ৳200 (the same across all methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact live chat.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. If verification is pending, withdrawals may be delayed.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
If raj88 identifies suspicious financial activity, it reserves the right to suspend transactions until an investigation is complete. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's bank account or mobile banking number are strictly prohibited.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to activate this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.
4.2 General Bonus Rules

- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on the same account
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used through wagering only

4.3 VIP Cashback Program
raj88's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. raj88 will communicate the specific benefits of each tier in due course.
Section 5 — Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fraud and Misconduct
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Operating two or more accounts
- Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using a false identity or false information
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activity
5.2 Account Suspension and Termination
raj88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without giving a reason. If prohibited activity is detected, the associated balance may be confiscated. raj88 reserves the right to void any winnings determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means.
Section 6 — Privacy and Data Protection

8.3 Policy on Technical Issues
